SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
RBL USA products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment before it leaves the fulfillment facility. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other circumstances.
U.S. Shipping
We currently offer flat-rate shipping for eligible U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping: $4.95
Available shipping methods and final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates may be provided during checkout or after your order has shipped. Delivery estimates include carrier transit time and may not include the time required to produce and prepare your made-to-order product.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select destinations. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by their destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact RBL USA so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
RBL USA products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. As a result, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
